At the helm is Chef Shiv, whose background in high-end, fine-dining kitchens instilled a deep reverence for culinary discipline, elevated technique, and flavor development. After years of executing traditional menus and currently working in a franchise setting, he wanted a space where he could push beyond established boundaries and fully explore his creativity. Ta.BaoCo. was created as his ultimate creative studio, a place where refined kitchen craft meets unrestricted flavor.

Here, there are no boundaries. Bold spices meet East Asian flavors, familiar marinades and sauces find their way into tacos, and the classic bao takes on flavors inspired by different corners of the world.
